I met John Lockhart through a fluke at least 15 years ago.  He has turned out to be a blessing for my clients and I.  I feel I am the lucky one to be able to refer my clients to someone who is easy to talk to, knows the business like the back of his hand and will tell my clients the good, the bad and the ugly about their mortgage.  Hopefully more good than anything else.

Here come the sales pitch:  John has a wealth of experience in arranging mortgages with Banks and Trust Companies.  There is no fee for his services.  It’s like a win win situation.  When John looks at your financial picture he can figure out where the best place is for your mortgage to go for you. (Your shopping around and you don’t even know it)   He places you there.  He gets paid from the mortgage company for bringing in your business.  He negotiates the mortgage rate for you. 

Rather than sitting across from someone in a bank branch, who is getting paid by his or her bank to give you a mortgage at the highest interest rate possible!  (It’s their job, they work for the bank.)  That’s why John’s service is so great! He negotiates, does all the running around and it is a free service for you.  Usually when I send John a client he can tell me by the next day weather they are approved for the mortgage they want.  Sometimes it’s a little shorter, sometimes a little longer, depends.  Way better than any Bank track record I have ever seen.  John has a huge wealth of knowledge in Bank products and mortgage planning, and rates.

Taking out a mortgage is a big decision and a powerful tool.  No matter if it is your first or 20th mortgage.  Good guidance is invaluable.
